When you are serious about standing out amongst the competition, it is essential to learn from the good and the bad. For example, your clients might describe you as “a great negotiator, or a unbelievable listener, or even kind and professional.” Then you can take those common threads and incorporate them into your branding and put out to the marketplace what sets YOU apart from the competition.
